Vacation request for Spencer for August 2 – 16
Renovation Update:
The renovations are coming along great. Most of the demolition has been done. New furnaces should be going in next week. So far we have spent $17,434.71 on furnaces and waste removal. Some budget items may be lower than expected, so we are hopeful we will be under budget.
Community Garden Update:
- Work bee tentatively planned for May 2, 2021
- Looking into getting a city grant to help with costs
- Discussed asking for Tool Donations etc.
Financials:
- Annual Budget: $308,349.00
- Budget to March 31, 2021: $77,087.25
- Income as of March 31, 2021: $93,029.55
